Financial Conflict of Interest Policy

Vivid BioInnovations, PBC maintains a written Financial Conflict of Interest Policy to promote objectivity in federally funded research, development, product-development, and contract work.

The policy applies to Covered Research conducted by or on behalf of Vivid, including applicable PHS/NIH grants and cooperative agreements, PHS research contracts, SBIR/STTR Phase II and future Phase III federal work, and other federal contract work when FCOI requirements are incorporated into the award or contract terms.
